We+have+been+keeping+track+of+the+last+letter+that+my+grandfather+Tom+Shaffer+receives.++He+just+received+an+offer+for+DirectTV+(which+didn%27t+exist+when+he+was+alive)%2c+15+years+later%2c+with+a+totally+new+address.
This+is+my+grandfather%2c+Tom+Shaffer%27s+grave+located+in+Indian+Town+Gap+Military+Cemetery+(central+PA).++If+you+ever+visit%2c+you+can+locate+the+location+using+the+address+in+the+top+corner.
This+is+the+hill+where+my+grandfather%27s+grave+is+located.++It+is+in+the+center+of+Indian+Town+Gap+Military+Cemetery.

My+grandfather+Thomas+Shaffer+just+as+he+retired+from+the+Army+Air+Corps+(there+was+no+Air+Force+back+then).++He+was+a+pilot+as+a+civilian%2c+and+an+air+traffic+controller+in+the+Air+Corps.
Although+I+do+not+know+the+exact+date+of+this+picture%2c+it+was+a+LONG+time+ago.++This+is+my+grandfather+Thomas+Shaffer+as+a+young+child.
